Butwal declared as best city for the fourth consecutive time turning back more than 217 cities of Nepal. This declaration was made Thursday. Ministry of Finance had score evaluation of all cities across Nepal, Butwal sub-metropolitan city made the best of it. Butwal scored 90 points. Beside these, Dhankuta scored 89 points being the second best city of Nepal and Hetauda scored 88 points being the third best city of Nepal.
